
Dustin Clingman
CEO

Dustin joined ZeeGee as CEO in 2008. Prior to joining ZeeGee, Dustin was the CEO of Zeitgeist Games, Inc, which was acquired by IMI in 2008. For the last 14 years, he has developed interactive software for a wide range of technology platforms including Nintendo DS, Nintendo Wii, PC and Java as well as constructing “Serious Games” for the Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) and the National Guard. Dustin’s publications include Get in the Game (New Riders 2002), Beginning Math and Physics for Game Programmers (New Riders, 2003), IGDA Quality of Life whitepaper, (IGDA, 2004), Practical Java Game Programming (Charles River, 2004). Dustin is a member of the International Game Developer’s Association and a regular speaker at the Game Developer’s Conference.
Patricia A. Pizer
Creative Director

Ms. Pizer debuted in the game industry at Infocom in 1988, making games back when you didn’t even need graphics. Over the next decade, she worked at such studios as Boffo Games, THQ/GameFX, CogniToy and Harmonix Music. Patricia moved into massively multiplayer games as Creative Director at Turbine Entertainment before working on MMOs at UbiSoft and Disney’s VR Studio, makers of Toontown. After trying her hand at Alternate Reality Games for 42 Entertainment, she returned to Disney Interactive Studios where she designed DGamer, a DS – online avatar SNA service and worked on Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force. Mostly though, she just likes to play games.
Jay Powell
Director of Business Development

Jay comes to ZeeGee Games with over thirteen years of industry experience and a degree from the University of North Carolina. Jay has developed and continues to maintain relationships with companies such as Amazon, National Geographic, Disney, Cartoon Network, MTV, Nickelodeon, and Microsoft. Jay licensed the NYT bestselling author Mary Kay Andrews' work which lead to a #1 casual game and has overseen the development of more than a dozen titles based on licenses such as Garfield, Holly Hobby, Strawberry Shortcake, and a wide selection of Disney characters. These titles spanned the Kindle, iPad, Nintendo GBA and DS; PS2, Microsoft Xbox 360; and PC.
Cuong Q. Ngo
Director of Operations

Cuong comes to ZeeGee Games after more than 15 years in the Architecture & Construction Industry having served in various challenging roles and having learned how to manage and mentor creative teams to success on large and small projects. Michael (his user friendly name!) has a Master's Degree from Tulane University, has been a gamer since his first gaming console (the Atari 2600!) and is very excited to be part of the ZeeGee Team.
Allan Alegado
Art Design Lead

As a self-taught artist originally trained in pencil, paper and comic books, Allan's passion for art brought him into the game industry via stints in the multimedia and theming/fabrication industries. He welcomes both the challenges and creative freedoms with working in a small development company, and is eternally grateful to be a part of ZeeGee Games.
Justin Macanufo
Lead Engineer

Originally from St. Louis, MO, Justin moved to Orlando to attend a Game Design and Development program. After graduating with his Bachelor's degree he began his career in Information Technology where he worked daily with the fifth largest database in the nation. Justin soon brought those skills with him to ZeeGee Games where he enjoys living his dream creating games and watching his company grow flourish around him.
Bob Stanton
Senior Artist

Bob is from Los Angeles California. He began a career in animation after attending California State Fullerton. He took his first Job with R.D.I. Video Systems, then moved to Filmation, and D.I.C. studios. He joined the team at Disney Feature Animation in 1988 where he Art Directed the short film “John Henry” as well as taking on the role of Director of Backgrounds on many Features. He stayed with Disney until the closing of the Florida studio in 2003. Since then he has worked at Firefly Studios, and N-Space. Doing work, during that time, for Bluesky Studios, Disney Publishing, and Funsockets. From 2009 to present he has been the Art Director on the Feature film “Henry and Me” that is being produced by Creative Group for the New York Yankees. He has now become part of the ZeeGee Games team. He is looking forward to being challenged to learn all he can from those around him and give back everything that he has learned.
Allison Utterback
Game Designer / Digital Artist

Allison started off in Detroit, Michigan with a BFA in Computer Animation. Following graduation she joined ZeeGee as an artist, and she now works as a hybrid Artist and Designer.
Mike Arlington
Software Engineer

Mike Arlington graduated from Full Sail University with a major in Video Game Development and a minor in Being Awesome. He worked as a lab specialist at his Alma Mater until he could no longer afford to. He then worked at several soul crushing government contracted simulation companies. All the while, he worked on his true passion in his own time: making video games. He has now found his way to ZeeGee Games, and is quite happy that he is able to combine his fun hobby and his job.
Joel Faiella
Software Engineer

Originally from New Hampshire, Joel attended University and received his Bachelor of Science in Game Development. After graduation, Joel took a programming position in El Paso, Texas where he was the sole programmer and taught himself Flash. Joel continued on to a Houston based company and after some headaches there, he decided to move on. He soon found himself on his way to Orlando to be a part of the ZeeGee team. Joel enjoys playing any and every MMO.
Kevin Lukic
Software Engineer

Kevin has lived in Florida his whole life and has enjoyed video games for just as long. His first run-in with game development was when the first Starcraft was released. He really enjoyed building maps with complex triggers. From there, he picked up Flash and then C++ before going to Full Sail. After graduating Full Sail, Dustin soon invited him to join the ZeeGee family.
Brian Wheat
Software Engineer

Originally from Austin, TX, Brian was fortunate enough to be a student of Dustin's Structure of Game Production class at Full Sail. Brian had been active in the International Game Developers Association for a few months before Dustin offered him the opportunity to join the team at ZeeGee.
Penelope Dolin
Associate Producer

After graduating from Tulane University in 2004, Penelope had no idea what she was going to do with her life. After deciding law school wasn't for her, she moved to Japan to teach English. There, she met a lot of people who worked in the game industry, and after talking with them she realized that's what she wanted to do.
